Deep South Multimedia is a production company dedicated to capturing and preserving
those cultural assets that make the Deep South unique. We believe in the viability of
radio to draw positive attention to our corner of America by stimulating a deep and
abiding interest in the people and places that give the south its unforgettable character
and compelling allure. Such is the objective of our new one hour radio show, Voice of
The South. We will accomplish this goal by mining our deep reservoir of cultural
endowments to present a potpourri of original music, comedy, drama and interviews as
well as a variety of recurring serials, routines, and characters.

A lifelong interest in technology and a natural talent for music and
writing have propelled Fred down a career path leading from a
Rocky Mountain recording studio and edge-of-the-art concert hall
to a successful homebuilding business and an award winning
multimedia production studio in Pineville, Louisiana. Fred's work
with advertisers and station managers to develop effective
branding and marketing campaigns has provided him with a view
of the industry from the business as well as the creative side of
radio production. An amazingly diverse background has evolved
into the perfect synthesis of talent, skill, knowledge and experience
with which Fred now so passionately pursues the cultivation and
harvest of our region’s rich cultural bounty.

performed in musicals and as lead vocalist for several musical
groups while attending Brown University, one of which was
affiliated with The Berklee School of Music in Boston. Susan has
toured nationwide and has performed with major artists such as
Burt Bacharach and Roy Orbison and today manages her own
band and studio and is among the top talents in her industry -
singing and acting as well as being a highly sought-after specialist
for stylized and character-based voice-over assignments with
major accounts such as Coca Cola, McDonald’s, Delta Airlines,
AT&T and many others. It is unlikely that anyone reading Susan’s
bio has not already heard her voice on television, at the airport and
of course - on the radio!

musician and songwriter. Among his stage and studio
achievements are the acclaim he has earned for his road work with
major artists such as Chuck Berry, Jackie Wilson and The Platters
as well as his distinguished service as house guitarist for Melody
Studios where he was honored with a Gold Record for his work on
PAC-MAN FEVER. In addition to his proficiency with multiple
instruments (guitar, bass, banjo and mandolin), Rick is a highly
skilled recording engineer and technical expert who conceives and
produces a wide range of projects in his state-of-the-art recording
studio, some of which include albums, commercials and
soundtracks for broadcast and distribution.
